Quick drying, white stain blocking primer designed for convenient treatment of small, local areas of the substrate that bleed, such as damp stains, rust patches, soot deposits, adhesive remnants, etc. For interior and exterior use.

The surface must be capable of supporting the paint, completely set, clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. Sand and repair surface irregularities. Remove and/or repair all loose and unstable coats. In the case of exterior applications, remove all moss, mould and algal growth.
