Water-based sealing primer for covering stained areas in substrates. Prevents areas of ‘bleeding’ and discolouration that may be caused by damp, soot and nicotine stains, traces of adhesive, etc. Powerful sealing action and virtually odour-free. Can be finished with all SPS wall paints. For interior and exterior use.
