Quick drying sealing primer, specially designed for easy treatment of small, local areas of the substrate that bleed, such as damp stains, rust patches, soot deposits, adhesive remnants, etc. Can be painted over with all SPS wall paints. Also suitable for painting markings on stony substrates such as tarmac road surfaces. For interior and exterior use.
